Returns Policy

At High Tune, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, which is why we offer a comprehensive returns policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Free Returns for 15 Days

We offer free returns for 15 days from the date your order is delivered/received. This means that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within this period for a full refund or exchange. However, please note that not all items are eligible for return. Products excluded under our return policy will be clearly noted on product pages and/or at checkout.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Initiation and Posting

    • Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 15 days of the date your order is delivered/received. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.
  2. Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

    • Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty. Items that fall under these categories are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
  3. Condition of Returned Items

    • Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes all original components such as attached swing tags, shoe boxes, ribbons, and any specialty packaging. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for a return.
  4. Proof of Condition

    • You must provide a photo of your item(s) prior to shipping them back to us. This allows us to assess the condition of the items before they are returned. Failure to provide a photo may result in delays in processing your return or a refusal of your return request.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support

    • Reach out to our customer support team at help@hightune.co to notify us of your intention to return an item. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization

    • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return authorization and further instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Prepare Your Return

    • Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging. Ensure that all original components, such as swing tags, shoe boxes, ribbons, and any specialty packaging, are included. Affix the return shipping label provided by our customer support team to your package.
  4. Ship Your Return

    • Ship your return package using the designated postal service. Be sure to keep a copy of your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For exchanges, we will send out the replacement item(s) once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide an option for a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs associated with defective or damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged. These items include, but are not limited to, gift cards, personalized items, and items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase unless they are faulty.
